The fan-favorite Egg Launcher is back and better than ever before! It can now be found in chests, supply drops, sold by certain characters, or obtained with the Springtime Blowout Reality Augment. The Egg Launcher was originally introduced as an Easter-themed weapon and has become a popular addition to the game. It fires explosive eggs that deal massive damage to enemies while providing a fun and festive vibe to the game.
Chickens Lay Powerup Eggs
Green and purple chickens are also making their return to the game. These colorful birds lay powerup eggs, including Heal Eggs that restore health, Hop Eggs that improve jump height, and Golden Eggs that reward players with bars. Spring Breakout Quests & Rewards

Completing 12 quests unlocks the Nannerbloom Hammer pickaxe, while completing all 22 unlocks the Spring Flyer glider. In addition to daily quests, there are additional Spring Challenge Quests that offer players the opportunity to unlock two bonus items along with the Nannerbloom Hammer pickaxe and Spring Flyer glider.
Specialist Characters & Reality Augments
Fortnite’s latest update adds various specialist characters that players can hire with bars to fight alongside them. The NPCs are categorized as Scout, Heavy, Supply, and Medical Specialists, each with various abilities and benefits for players to utilize. The update also features five new Reality Augments that give different perks, such as Rail Warrior, Go For Broke, or Aquatic Warrior. Springtime Blowout is a new Reality Augment that unlocks the Egg Launcher for players who equip it.
Competitive Playlists
