FPL Managers Gear Up for Double Gameweek 34

FPL managers are already busy strategizing for the upcoming Double Gameweek 34 in the Fantasy Premier League. The Scout’s panel of experts is recommending certain chips and teams to invest in to make the most out of DGW34.

Best Chips to Use for DGW34

The experts are advising FPL managers to use the Free Hit chip in BGW32, when six clubs including Manchester City, Manchester United, and Brighton & Hove Albion will have a blank gameweek. This will allow them to invest heavily in these clubs for Double Gameweek 34, without worrying about players getting no points in GW32.

Bench Boost is another chip recommended for DGW34. It can be played once all your playing players have scored points, allowing you to use your entire squad strength for maximum gains.

Teams and Assets to Target for DGW34

Liverpool and Manchester City have the best Double in Gameweek 34, making them good options for DGW34. The experts also recommend investing in teams like Manchester United and Brighton to target both DGW29 and DGW34.

Mohamed Salah, Trent AlexanderArnold, and Andrew Robertson should all be popular assets in the weeks to come for Liverpool. Other interesting options include Jarrod Bowen and Danny Ings with West Ham’s favorable fixtures in the next six gameweeks.

Injury Updates and Transfer Plans During International Break

The international break has brought some injury concerns for FPL managers. Erling Haaland has suffered a groin strain, which may keep him out of Dortmund’s match against Liverpool. Marcus Rashford is also a doubt for the weekend.

Reece James, Kai Havertz, and Phil Foden are other players who have suffered injuries. While James and Havertz may return soon, Foden is likely to be out for a few weeks at least.

Sven Botman may also miss Gameweek 29 due to injury, while Wilfried Gnonto has suffered an ankle injury. FPL managers should be wary of players returning late from international duty, especially those playing on the other side of the world.

Double Gameweek Confirmed for Six Clubs

A double gameweek for Manchester United and Manchester City, Brighton, West Ham United, Liverpool, and Fulham has been confirmed for Gameweek 34. West Ham and Liverpool are now the only teams with a double in both Gameweeks 29 and 34, with Liverpool assets becoming more attractive.

FPL managers will have to strike a balance between investing in DGW34 and making sure their teams remain competitive in Blanks and DWG in other gameweeks. With these factors in mind, they must keep an eye on team news and scout out the best options for their squads.
