Vanessa Bryant Sends Good Luck Charm to LSU Women’s Basketball Team

The surprise good fortune brought by a box of Nike Kobe 6 Grinches sent by Vanessa Bryant to the LSU Women’s Basketball team could be seen as one of such celebrations. The shoes were launched in 2010 in a green apple colorway with green scales and a black Nike swoosh that resembles green mamba snakes. During their Elite Eight game against Miami, the LSU women’s basketball team wore these shoes sent by Vanessa Bryant.

Last year, she had sent another pair called Mambacita Sweet 16 honoring her late daughter Gigi who was an ardent fan of Lady Tigers through her friendship with Kim Mulkey. While the team opted not to wear them back then to honor Gigi, they were surprised and elated to receive the Grinches this time around.
