YouTube TV has announced the official pricing structure for NFL Sunday Ticket, set to launch on September 10, 2023. After DirecTV opted not to renew its deal for the package that provides out-of-market games, multiple streaming services competed for it. YouTube TV ultimately won the rights and will pay roughly $2 billion per year over seven years.
Fans have multiple ways to sign up for NFL Sunday Ticket through YouTube TV. There are different pricing structures available depending on whether you’re a subscriber to YouTube TV or not. Subscribers can avail of the presale period until June 6 for a lower price.
YouTube TV subscribers can get Sunday Ticket for $249 per season if purchased by June 6. This early bird pricing is a considerable discount from the regular price of $349 for non-subscribers during the presale period.
Fans have the option to purchase RedZone Channel for $10.99 per month during the season. The RedZone Channel shows key plays from all games happening simultaneously.
There’s no option to purchase only one game or a package to watch just one team’s out-of-market games. Fans will need to buy either the full package or nothing at all.

Non-YouTube TV subscribers can sign up through YouTube’s Primetime Channels. The cost of Sunday Ticket on Primetime Channels, once the presale discount ends, is $449, and $489 with RedZone.
DirecTV was the previous carrier for NFL Sunday Ticket, with approximately two million subscribers. After DirecTV’s departure, multiple streaming services competed to secure rights to NFL Sunday Ticket.
Subscribers can start planning their viewing schedules in May when the NFL schedule is announced. Fans can then decide which games they’ll want to tune into throughout the season.
The pricing for Sunday Ticket is quite competitive compared to what DirecTV offered last year. Fans can take advantage of early bird pricing and enjoy features such as RedZone Channel by subscribing to YouTube TV. With this move, YouTube TV is set to shake up the way fans watch football and provide a more affordable option for fans across the country to enjoy out-of-market games.
